Dead Man's Fingers Passion Fruit is a flavoured rum at 37.5% ABV, a take on the brand's spiced rum flavoured with passion fruit and mango. It's built on a base of Dead Man's Fingers Spiced, made from Caribbean rums and spices. Born at the Rum & Crab Shack seafood restaurant in St Ives, Cornwall, England, the Dead Man's Fingers brand is today part of the Halewood group.

What does Dead Man's Fingers Passion Fruit taste like?

Passion fruit, tropical fruits and caramel are detectable on the nose; hints of mango add a sweet, exotic feel. On the palate, passion fruit meets the rum, with a light ginger touch emerging. The finish leaves fine spices and nutmeg.

How is it served?

On hot days it can be made into a refreshing long drink over ice with lemonade, or used in passion fruit cocktails, such as rum-based takes on the Pornstar Martini.

Which foods does it pair with?

Its tropical fruit character pairs very well with mango, pineapple and passion fruit desserts, pavlova or fruit cheesecake. A long drink with lightly spiced grilled chicken and barbecue dishes is also a balanced accompaniment.
