Bols Peach is a clear, 17% ABV peach liqueur produced by the Dutch company Lucas Bols. Part of Bols' extensive fruit liqueur range, whose history it traces back to 1575, making it the self-described oldest distillery brand in the world, it is made, according to the producer, using only natural ingredients.

What does Bols Peach taste like?

The producer states that this liqueur greets you from the first sip with an intense burst of sun-ripened peaches, reminiscent of biting into a ripe, juicy peach. The sweetness is pronounced but balanced by a light freshness; its colour is clear and transparent. It is a vegan product.

How is it served?

Bols Peach is best known for use in Bellini-style aperitifs made with sparkling wine. It also adds peach aroma to cocktails such as the Woo Woo, made with vodka and cranberry juice. For a simpler drink, it can be lengthened with soda over ice.

What food does it pair with?

Its peach aroma pairs well with fruit desserts and light pastries: it can be served cold alongside peach tarts, fruit salad and vanilla ice cream. Bellini-style light mixes are also a frequently chosen option at breakfast and brunch tables.
