Beylerbeyi Tera Gold (Teragold) is a 45% ABV raki that Sarper Damıtımcılık triple-distils in Akhisar and rests first in clay amphorae, then in oak barrels. It is made from 100% grape suma and aniseed; no sugar is added and it contains no agricultural ethyl alcohol. This resting stage is the main feature that sets it apart from the brand's standard range. The Beylerbeyi brand was founded by the Sarper family in 2007.
What does Teragold taste like?
Its colour is very pale, leaning towards yellow; it turns intensely white when water is added, showing light yellowish glints. According to a Degustasyon.net tasting, aniseed is intense on both nose and palate, while the alcohol is calm, smooth and round. Its overall character is mature, balanced and easy-drinking, a smoothness attributed to its time resting in oak.
How is it served?
The producer recommends chilling to 2–4 °C, diluting with cold water and adding ice last. Because of its smooth character, tasters also find it suitable for drinking neat, in small sips.
What food does it pair with?
Its balanced, round character can accompany the whole meze table. It pairs with grilled or steamed fish and seafood, as well as characterful cheeses such as aged kashar or tulum.

- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
