Sarı Zeybek Yaş Üzüm is a 45% ABV Turkish raki from Efe Alkollü İçecekler's Sarı Zeybek range, double-distilled from 100% fresh grapes. It offers a fresher, lighter profile compared with the range's Original and 3 Meşe versions.
How is Sarı Zeybek Yaş Üzüm made?
Suma obtained from fresh grapes is double-distilled with aniseed from Burdur's Tefenni district in copper stills. It is then rested in oak barrels for four months. No sugar is added in production.
What does Sarı Zeybek Yaş Üzüm taste like?
It whitens well when water is added. Rested alcohol and fresh aniseed aromas and flavours are pronounced on both nose and palate. It is an easy-drinking, fruity and light raki.
How is it served?
Chilled, it is drunk diluted with cold water in a narrow-waisted glass. Its light character makes it suitable for summer tables; ice is added last. Those who love drinking it neat can try it well chilled.
What food does it pair with?
It is ideal for sipping with herb-based, leafy mezes: rocket, purslane, samphire, olive-oil herbs and fresh white cheese. Grilled fish and seafood are also fitting companions.

- Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
- Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
- Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
