Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a 43% ABV blended Japanese whisky produced by Suntory. It is the no-age-statement expression of the Hibiki range, regarded as one of the celebrated showcases of Japanese blending artistry.

How is it made?

Hibiki Harmony is created by bringing together malt and grain whiskies matured in different cask types. Suntory's approach to blending aims for a balanced, layered whole rather than a single dominant note. The subtle Mizunara oak note felt on the finish stands out as a signature of Japanese whisky. Hibiki Harmony is therefore presented as one of the whiskies that best sums up the Japanese approach to blending.

What does Hibiki Harmony taste like?

It has a fruity, aromatic character. It is amber in colour. The nose shows rose, lychee, light rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood. The palate offers honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is delicate and long, carrying a light touch of Mizunara (Japanese oak).

How should it be served, and what food does it pair with?

It can be enjoyed neat, with a single large ice cube, or as a highball with cold soda, as is common in Japan. Its elegant, floral character pairs well with sushi, fish and seafood, and light desserts.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep wine bottles on their side and spirits upright.
Serve white/rosé and sparkling wine at 6–12°C, and reds at 16–18°C.
Keep opened bottles closed; drink wine within a few days of opening.
