A few kilometres after leaving Famagusta northwards towards Karpaz, the road reaches a wooded stretch of coast. Here you'll find the columns of ancient Salamis, the shallow, sandy Salamis bay right next to them and, a little further on, the Salamis Bay Conti Resort. Inland from the road are the villages of Tuzla and Yeni Boğaziçi, with holiday complexes and flats in between. St Barnabas Monastery is just west of Salamis.

Between our two branches

This coast lies right between Jastin Off Licence's two branches: the Famagusta branch to the south and the Bafra Tourism Zone branch to the north. Salamis Bay Conti is about 12 km north of Famagusta centre, and Bafra is around 20–25 km away depending on the route. Which branch dispatches your order depends on that day's route and stock. All you need to do is give a clear address.

Salamis Bay Conti guests

All-inclusive guests mostly want champagne for a celebration in the room, a particular brand of whisky or a bottle to take home as a gift. Depending on the hotel's rules for outside deliveries, handover may be in the lobby or at reception. Add your room number and the name on the booking to your note. Before flying home, check your customs allowances with official sources; see our guide to duty-free allowances.

Yeni Boğaziçi and Tuzla residents

Families living in Yeni Boğaziçi and Tuzla, and people who work in Famagusta but live on this quieter coast, usually order for weekend barbecues or dinners. Cases of beer, red wine and raki lead the way. In the holiday complexes by the bay, poolside orders rise all summer.

Ruins and a picnic

Visiting the Salamis ruins and then swimming in the bay is the classic day out here. If you're picnicking on the beach, choose cans rather than glass and take your rubbish home. Follow the food and drink rules inside the archaeological site. On your way back to your holiday home in the evening, you can call into whichever of our branches is on your route.

Families staying in holiday complexes around Salamis bay mostly place one order to last the week. The complex name, block and flat number are enough for delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Can you send champagne to my room at Salamis Bay Conti?

We'll deliver to the hotel. Depending on hotel rules, handover may be in the lobby or at reception. Give us your room number and the name on the booking.

Which branch delivers to the Salamis area?

The area is between our two branches. Whether your order comes from Famagusta or Bafra depends on that day's route and stock.

Can you bring a case of beer for a barbecue to my house in Yeni Boğaziçi?

Yes. For cases of beer we confirm stock and delivery time on WhatsApp.

How many bottles can I take home through the airport?

That depends on your destination's customs rules. For the UK it's 4 litres of spirits or 9 litres up to 22%, plus 18 litres of still wine and 42 litres of beer per adult (gov.uk, September 2026). Check the current limit on your country's official customs website.

My address in Tuzla is hard to find. How do I describe it?

Sending a location pin is easiest. If needed, the driver will call you from the main road.

Can I order late at night?

The Famagusta branch is open until midnight every day and the Bafra branch until 2am Tuesday to Sunday (midnight on Mondays). Whether a late delivery is possible depends on how busy the night is, so ask on WhatsApp.
