Cocktails at Home: From Gin and Tonic to Margarita

Five classic cocktails, full ingredient lists and handy tips — everything delivered to your door in a single order.
You don't need to be a bartender to make a good cocktail; the right ingredients and a few tricks are enough. Here are the five classics people make most at home:

How do you make a gin and tonic?
1 measure of gin, 2 measures of cold tonic, plenty of ice and a slice of lemon or cucumber (a classic with Hendrick's). Chilling the glass beforehand makes a real difference.
What do you need for a mojito?
White rum (Bacardi or Havana Club 3), fresh mint, lime, sugar and soda. Don't crush the mint — just bruise it gently so it doesn't turn bitter.
Can you make a margarita at home?
You can: 2 measures of tequila, 1 measure of orange liqueur, 1 measure of fresh lime juice. Salt the rim of the glass and fill it with ice. Reposado tequila gives a smoother result.
What is the Aperol Spritz ratio?
The classic ratio is 3-2-1: 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part soda. The Prosecco on our sparkling wine shelves is a perfect match.
How do you make an espresso martini?
Shake vodka, coffee liqueur (Kahlúa) and fresh espresso hard with ice. See our shelf for vodka options.
All in one basket: choose your ingredients from our catalogue and we'll bring them to you anywhere in North Cyprus. If you can't decide which bottle to start with, drop us a message.
