The whisky inside: the classic Old No. 7

A mash bill of 80% corn, 8% rye and 12% malted barley; before going into the barrel, the spirit is filtered drop by drop through roughly 3 metres of maple charcoal.

Tasting note

On the nose, pineapple ice cream, tree sap and vanilla; on the palate, caramel toffee and liquorice; the finish brings brown sugar, spice and oak.
