Villa Party Drinks Delivery: How Much to Order per Person and What to Put on the List

To work out how many bottles you need, you only need to know the number of guests, how long the party lasts and what the group likes to drink. The method below is a rough guide, not a hard-and-fast rule; you know your group best. Once your list is ready, send it on WhatsApp and Jastin Off Licence will deliver it to your villa. We deliver to Long Beach/İskele (Iskele), Boğaz (Bogaz), the Bafra Tourism Zone (İskele, North Cyprus), Famagusta and the rest of North Cyprus.

A common rule of thumb: 2 drinks per person in the first hour, then 1 drink per person for every hour after that. For example, 12 people over a 5-hour evening works out at 12 × (2 + 4) = around 72 drinks. Broken down by type:

• Spirits (whisky, gin, vodka, rum, raki): a 70 cl bottle gives roughly 14–17 servings with 4–5 cl measures.
• Wine: a 75 cl bottle is about 5 glasses (15 cl).
• Beer: 1 can or bottle is 1 serving. In hot weather beer goes faster than you'd expect.
• Sparkling wine for a toast: a 75 cl bottle fills about 6–8 flutes.

In the 72-drink example, if half the group drinks beer, a quarter wine and a quarter cocktails, you'll need roughly 36 beers, 4 bottles of wine and 1–2 bottles of spirits. If in doubt, buy a bit more; unopened bottles won't go to waste after the party.

• Ice: in the hot months, around 1 kg per person, for drinks and for chilling. Put your ice in the order and we'll confirm stock.
• Mixers: about 3–4 litres of tonic, soda, cola or juice per bottle of spirits. See mixers and soft drinks.
• Alcohol-free options: add water, fizzy drinks and alcohol-free beer for drivers and non-drinkers.
• Snacks: crisps and nuts in our snacks section.
• Easily forgotten: check in advance whether the villa has lemons, glasses and a corkscrew.

1. Write the list with product names and quantities. Example: "Efes 50 cl × 24, Gordon's 70 cl × 1, tonic 1 L × 4, white wine × 3."
2. Send the villa address, the site name and your location.
3. Give your preferred delivery time and which items you'd like cold.
4. If something's out of stock, we'll suggest a similar alternative and check with you. We'll confirm the delivery time and any charge at the same time.

We take care to keep beer, white and rosé wine and sparkling wine cold. If the villa doesn't have much fridge space, timing the delivery close to the start of the party keeps everything cold. For big orders, you can also take part at the start of the party and the rest in a second delivery later in the evening. Ask on WhatsApp whether that's possible.

Our Bafra branch is open until 2am Tuesday to Sunday and until midnight on Mondays; our Famagusta branch is open until midnight every day. For celebrations, plan some sparkling wine or champagne for the toast, a bottle of tequila or liqueur for shots, and plenty of soft drinks. If you want a birthday surprise to arrive at the villa at a set time, include the time and who will be collecting it in your order.

• No alcohol for under-18s. ID may be requested on delivery.
• Use plastic cups rather than glass around the pool.
• Agree on a designated driver early on, or book a taxi.
• Stick to the villa's and the complex's noise rules.
