Late-Night Off Licence in North Cyprus: Bafra Until 2am, Famagusta Until Midnight

Need a drink after midnight in North Cyprus? Jastin Off Licence's branch in the Bafra Tourism Zone (İskele, TRNC) is open until 2am, Tuesday to Sunday. Our opening hours:

Run out of raki at 1am or need more tonic? From Tuesday to Sunday you can pop into the Bafra branch or message us on WhatsApp. Just so you know: we're not a 24-hour off licence.

It varies from shop to shop. North Cyprus has its own laws, separate from Turkey's, so Turkey's ban on shop sales of alcohol after 10pm, which you may have read about when flying via Istanbul, isn't the rule here. Our hours are fixed: the Bafra branch is open until 2am Tuesday to Sunday and until midnight on Mondays; the Famagusta branch is open until midnight every day. The things people ask for most late at night:

• Raki: several brands and bottle sizes in our raki, brandy and liqueur section.
• Mixers: tonic, soda, cola, juices and energy drinks in mixers and soft drinks.
• Cold beer and white wine: chilled beer and wine waiting in the fridge.
• Snacks: crisps and nuts in our snacks section.
• Ice: mention it in your order and we'll tell you what's in stock at the time.

Late deliveries are easiest close to our branches. From the Bafra branch we can still deliver to the Bafra hotel strip and nearby at night (until 2am Tuesday to Sunday, midnight on Mondays). The Famagusta branch covers the city centre and its neighbourhoods until midnight. Whether we can reach areas in between, such as Long Beach/İskele or Boğaz (Bogaz), late at night depends on how many orders we have at the time. For places further away, such as Kyrenia (Girne), Nicosia (Lefkoşa) or Güzelyurt, we'd recommend ordering during the day. Ask us on WhatsApp first and we'll give you an honest answer. • Don't leave it until closing time. If you want delivery, message us at least an hour before the branch closes (Bafra 2am, Mondays midnight; Famagusta midnight).
• Give your full address. Hotel name and room number, or site name, block and flat. Signs are hard to spot in the dark, so sharing your location helps.
• Keep your phone on. At hotels, late deliveries are usually handed over in the lobby, and the driver will ring you on arrival.
• Have your ID ready. We don't sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under 18, and ID may be requested.

Resort bars in Bafra close at a set time, and branded drinks are often not part of all-inclusive packages. If you fancy a bottle of wine or a nightcap in your room after the bar shuts, you can order from our Bafra branch until 2am Tuesday to Sunday and until midnight on Mondays. Before midnight both branches are open, so pick whichever is nearer. After midnight only the Bafra Tourism Zone branch is open, and only Tuesday to Sunday. On Monday nights both branches close at midnight. If you're staying in Famagusta, get your late-night shopping done before midnight. If you're at a Bafra hotel, you can visit or order until 2am Tuesday to Sunday.
